                                             Uplift the quality of life of the members and the community by     
                                            providing competitive and sustainable financial and other services.



DCCCOOBJECTIVES



    The objectives and purposes for which this Credit Cooperative is formed are:

    1. to pool the resources of the members by encouraging savings and promoting thrift to mobilize capital formation for developmental activities;

    2. to increase the income and purchasing power of the members;

    3. to extend loans to members for provident and productive purposes;

    4. to promote the cooperative as a way of life for improving the economic and social well-being of the people;

    5. to cooperate with the government of the Philippines and its instrumentalities in the execution of government policies, which will redound to the benefit of the general public;

    6. to undertake continuous cooperative education for its members, directors, officers and staff, as well as the general public, in the principles and techniques of cooperation, both economic and democratic;

    7. to cooperate with other cooperative organizations in establishing provincial, regional or national union/federation of cooperatives for any of the purpose or purposes for which the cooperative is formed and to become a member of such union/federation as may hereafter be organized;

    8. to conduct publicity and/or research work for the promotion of the cooperative movement and for this purpose to issue from time to time suitable publication or literature on cooperatives; and

    9. to undertake any lawful, related activity for the members' development, social growth and economic independence under a truly just and democratic society.

      - the quality or state of being open as one with consultative attitude, accountability and open- mindedness to          positive as well as negative feedback

      - placing faith and confidence among members and to the organization as a whole without fear and         misgiving
   Leadership  
      - the ability to inspire and influence people by not wielding authority but by empowering them. It is the ability         to become a public servant having a definite set of principles, values, and super-ordinate goals of service         and commitment that require sacrifice and discipline

DCCCO, a cooperative financial intermediary, organized and registered in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines is a vehicle for promoting self-reliance and harnessing people power towards the attainment of economic development, social justice and ultimately promoting quality of life of its members and the community.
